Shipping policy

We aim to process all orders within 48 hours on standard business days, Monday to Friday, during New Zealand business hours of 8am to 5pm NZST.

Delivery details

Please note all large items are sent to your nearest Mainfreight depot for collection.

• Door-to-door delivery is available on request and may incur an additional freight charge.
• We do not post to PO Boxes. Please provide a full physical address.
• New Zealand delivery is generally 2–5 working days.
• Delivery timeframes are subject to stock availability
